For Annual Meeting registration refunds, only a portion of the fees will be refunded. This helps offset costs we acquire while planning. The refund policy is as follows: 60+ days out will forfeit 50%. 15 – 59 days will forfeit 75%. 14 days or less will forfeit 100%.
