The 70th Annual Meeting of SEPA will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, March 13-16, 2024. The Exhibitor space will be located in the same general area as the SEPA Poster Sessions which allows for maximum visibility and interfacing with meeting attendees.
For our 2024 Annual Meeting the cost of a standalone 10×10 booth is $825.00 if paying by credit card (Note – if paying by check, the cost is $800.00; the additional $25.00 covers the processing fee that SEPA incurs for credit card payments). This price includes: the space itself for the entire exhibit period; one 6-foot skirted table, two side chairs, a wastebasket, a sign showing the institution/company name, janitorial service for the aisles in the exhibit area; and two meeting registration badges (additional exhibitor meeting badges may be purchased, if needed – $50.00 per badge).
All SEPA Exhibitors are welcome to attend all scheduled events.
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by using our online payment system. Final deadline for credit card payment is February 6, 2024. Please use the button above to register. Checks will be accepted for payment until February 16, 2024. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.
